Long Jing (Dragon Well)
This is a premium green tea from Taiwan (Formosa) that is also known as Dragon Well. Grown in the San Shai region in southern Taipei County, this Long Jing is handpicked then pan fried, rolled and dried. The tea is not left to oxidise and as a result has a natural vegetal taste and the aroma of freshly cut grass.
