Matcha is the green tea to drink if you are looking to boost your general health and well-being. It is made by taking young tea leaves and grinding them into a powder so when drinking matcha you actually consume all the tea leaves, ingesting between five to nine times more antioxidants than you would drinking green or white tea in the conventional way.
