Mini Toucha
Mini Toucha is a variety of Pu-erh handmade from green tea leaves that are processed and then steamed before being hand pressed into a bowl-like shape. Often referred to as mini birds' nests this ancient traditional Pu-erh tea is made entirely from the larger leaf, Camellia Assamica.
Age enhances the character of the tea which in this case is mild, musty and slightly sweet with an aroma of fresh oak. Each pod makes multiple infusions, each infusion yielding a different flavour profile.
From Yunnan Province, China, it has a full-bodied taste and approximately 20 mg of caffeine per cup.
